If your mailing address has changed or if you are in temporary housing, please update your voter registration as mail ballots cannot be forwarded.

Vote by Mail

All registered voters automatically receive their ballot in the mail approximately 18 days prior to the election. Ballots are sent to the mailing address provided with the voter's voter registration. Link to update your registration, is below.

VOTER CERTIFICATE

Proof of voter registration is available through a Voter Certificate.

A Voter Certificate may be issued to a properly registered voter at the Office of the County Clerk, Kalana O Maui Buidling, 7th Floor, 200 S. High Street, Wailuku. The cost of the certificate is $2.00 and an I.D. will be requested at the time of purchase. Please call first to confirm your voter registration status.

CERTIFIED COPY OF VOTER REGISTRATION

For proof of residency, you may obtain a certified copy of your voter registration form for $2.00 at our office location at Kalana O Maui, 200 S. High Street, Wailuku, 7th Floor.

VOTER REGISTRATION REPORTS

Hawaii’s voter registration data is an electronic file available for purchase, for election purposes only. No phone numbers, birth dates or Social Security numbers are provided.

Applications are only reviewed upon receipt of checks and a disk with the electronic file is usually ready for pick up at our office, about a week or two after submittal of the application. If you would prefer to have the disk mailed to you, please submit a postage paid envelope.

Some registered service bureaus are able to provide data processing services, campaign products and mailing services for a fee. The Office of the County Clerk makes no endorsement or warranties, either directly or implied, of any product or service that may be offered by companies on this listing.
